Con Amor Organic Meal Prep is a weekly meal prep service located in beautiful Taos, NM. We also offer personal chef and catering services with customized menus to suit you, your family and guests.
Specializing in freshly crafted, high vibrational foods that support your health and well-being, our dishes consist of only top quality, seasonal ingredients from local growers and producers, nothing processed or refined. By using ethically sourced meats, freshly grown produce, and organic food products where possible, you get the best, most nourishing, meals you can eat!
