Where is the current weekly menu?

We post the current weekly menu on our website every Wednesday, typically by 3pm MST. View it on our Weekly Meal Prep Menu page. You can also find our weekly menu posted on Instagram @CONAMORORGANICMEALPREP.

What is the cost of your weekly meal prep service?

We have a weekly rotating menu consisting of 4 items each week, therefore the cost varies depending on the dish and the ingredients. Most prices range from $19-$22 per dish.

Note: Prices are subject to change as food costs change. Please know that we do our best to price accordingly and affordably.

What is the pricing for personal chef services?

The number of meals, food cost, cook time, etc — all factor into the pricing for our Personal Chef Service. For this reason, we send customers of this service an order invoice that reflects their personalized menu plan.

What dietary protocols do you cook?

We cook custom meals for people who follow diets such as AIP (auto immune protocol), low histamine, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30, Vegetarian and Vegan.

If you are interested in our Personal Chef Service, please contact us to arrange a consultation to discuss your requirements.

What are the serving sizes of your meals?

Overall, our portions are generous, but we offer 2 sizes:

1. Single Serving

Feeds 1-2 people, depending on appetite. This option has 6 oz of cooked protein and about 1 measured cup of each side.

For dishes with ingredients mixed together, such as a chicken enchilada or a chicken stir fry, the protein amount will be around 4-5oz. Prices are always adjusted accordingly.

2. Family Style

Feeds 3-4 people, depending on appetite. These portions contain 12-15 oz of cooked protein and 3 servings of sides.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order for Weekly Meal Prep online or by submitting a request via our contact form.

If you are using our Personal Chef services, the order and cost will vary from one custom meal plan to the next. As such, we send you an invoice once your meal plan has been created and approved.

When do I get my meals?

We deliver Weekly Meal Prep orders on Tuesdays between 3-6pm MST. We contact you when we are on the way.

Or, pick up your order on Tuesdays between 4:45-5:10pm MST. The current pick up location is at the courthouse parking lot.

Personal Chef orders do not have a set delivery or pick up date and time. The schedule is determined during your consultation.

How do I heat my meals?

All of our meals are cooked and ready to eat and we typically include a heating instructions sheet with all orders.

Reheating meals, especially meat protein, yields much better texture and quality if done on the stove top, or in the oven, toaster oven or air fryer. We recommend these methods to reheat your food.

Below are all re-heating instructions. Each method and device takes a different amount of time to heat your food. A safe bet is to start with 5 minutes of gentle heat, check the temperature and go from there.

Re-heating Instructions

Stove Top: Place meal in saute pan and cook on medium heat until heated through.

Oven/Toaster Oven: Place meal in an oven safe dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350° for 5-8 minutes or until warmed through.

Air Fryer: Place meals in an air fryer safe dish and cook at 350° until warmed through.

Microwave: Transfer food to a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until desired heat.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We have arrangements with many local farms, so most of our fruits and vegetables come from local producers, as do ethically raised meats, poultry, fish and eggs.

To supplement what we can’t source locally, we order organic produce from La Montañita Food Co-op, Taos Food Co-op and Cid’s Food Market.

What kind of packaging do you use?

No plastic! Our packaging is compostable and we use as little plastics as humanly possible.

Additionally, we do all we can to reduce unnecessary waste and consumption of disposable products. We offer our organic food scraps to various folks who use them for their chickens or compost, and we bring our recycling to Santa Fe for processing.

Do you deliver or do I pick up my meals?

You decide!

The delivery fee is $5 for areas in and around the town of Taos (El Prado, Ranchos de Taos, and Taos Pueblo), and $7 for areas North of Taos (Arroyo Seco and Arroyo Hondo). This fee covers the driver’s time and gas.

If you pick up your meals, there is no order minimum and no fee.

The current pick up location is at the courthouse parking lot in the section farthest away from the courthouse itself. You’ll find us parked close to the main road, across from the Wendy’s.

Meanwhile, there is no set delivery or pick up date and time for Personal Chef orders. We make arrangements during your consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

When ordering online via our Shop, you can pay with any major credit or debit card, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If you prefer to place your order with us via our contact form, we accept PayPal, Venmo, Checks or Cash. Simply let us know which of these methods you prefer when you submit your order.
