Gourmet chef food with no inflammatory oils or aluminum pots, and of course no MSG or food additives. Checks all of my boxes. The food is better than some of the 4-5 star fine dining restaurants in town plus it’s all organic and she uses avocado oil, ghee, or butter. The spice profiles are well balanced with salty, sweet, bitter, astringent all in one dish. I can tell it’s made with love. We’re so lucky to have Jen in Taos cooking for us. I never knew how delicious chicken and vegetables could be with the blended seasonings and sauces that season her dishes. And, it keeps me on a good, healthy diet. I’ve also had numerous dishes from around the world on her menu that I had never tried before and they were delectable. She also makes many dishes that you cannot find in Taos like Thai and Indian food flavors, so that’s a bonus!

So glad I found Con Amor. Now I don’t have to stress about what to cook every night. Inspired menus — and they change every week! Their menu offerings fit my vegetarian and gluten-free lifestyle. They use quality ingredients and organic whenever possible. Best of all, they are local and the meals don’t come in all that environmentally unfriendly packaging that mail-order delivery services use.

For someone who is both gluten-free, as of this year, and has recently found out that dairy is not a good thing for my body’s reproductive system, Jen’s meal prep service couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. The meals are tasty, healthy, affordable and a great portion size. I have an extremely busy life with work, hobbies and my small business, so having her services cuts out a big portion of my workload. If I’m completely honest, I didn’t know dairy-free and gluten-free food could taste this good! A group of us all ordered individual meals for Thanksgiving and we absolutely made the right choice working with Jen (who was recommended to us). Me and my partner were the “difficult ones” requesting vegetarian meals, while all others got the standard offering. Everyone loved the food and the quantities were fantastic. I’m so glad we went with Jen rather than to try and cook for ourselves while staying in a small cabin with a kitchenette. Jen did an awesome job making us stuffed pumpkins, roasted veggies, mash potatoes and some delicious stuffing. Ready for another serving!
