What Can a Weekly Meal Prep Service Do for Me?
There are many reasons why people turn to a weekly meal prep service, such as convenience, time-saving, evolving menus, opportunities to try new dishes, always fresh ingredients, and the reduction of food waste.
Our goal at Con Amor Organic is to support you and your commitment to health and healing by planning and preparing dishes for you! The only thing you need to do is sit back, relax and take comfort in the fact that what you’re eating is fueling your body with optimum nutrients for overall wellness.

Consisting of a rotating menu that is always organic, dairy-free and gluten-free, you can always count on meals made with the freshest fruits and vegetables, ethically raised meat, poultry, fish and eggs, and absolutely no refined oils, salts or sugars. Our portions are generous, so you can also expect a fully satisfied appetite!
Additionally, we follow the traditional way of preparing foods, such as soaking legumes and rice, which assists in easier digestion and reducing inflammation in the gut.

How Does it Work?
Our weekly meal prep service options include 1 serving (1-2 people) or family style (3-4 people).
We also offer a la carte options in our Shop that you can add to your weekly order.

Our current weekly menu is posted on our website every Wednesday by 6 pm MST

Order via our online shop
Place your order by 8 am MST Saturday morning for ready-to-eat meals the following week
3.
Get your delicious dishes!
Meals are delivered Tuesdays between 3-6 pm MST or pick up between 4:45-5:10 pm MST.
Please Note:
Meal delivery takes place Tuesdays between 3-6 pm MST.
Delivery is $5 for the town of Taos and $8 for outside of Taos.
At this time, outside of Taos includes El Prado, Ranchos de Taos, Taos Pueblo, Arroyo Seco and Arroyo Hondo.

Pick up is free of charge and takes place on Tuesdays between 4:45-5:10 pm MST.
The current pick up location is at the courthouse parking lot in the section farthest away from the courthouse itself.
You’ll find us parked close to the main road, across from the Wendy’s.
